- We are definitely as crazy as we look! ;) Married 10 years.. stupidly in love with each other. Can't wait to be with our baby... which is of course, the purpose of this blog. We are in the waiting stage of adopting our first child.. and we're learning that Patience certainly is a virtue ;) Adoption has been on our hearts for our entire marriage, but quite simply, the finances were never there. That was the main discouragement and the fact that we both needed to grow up a little bit. ;) God is preparing our hearts for this incredible journey into parenthood.. and He's taking us to the other side of the world to do so, for purposes even beyond finding our child. This walk of Faith that we are on is beyond even our craziest dreams! So now we're FINALLY moving forward with our dream of having a family, as we're counting down the minutes until we get to pinch those sweet, pudgy cheeks! Baby, here we come!! :)

Hello.. i just found your blog through friends we both follow. I have read your post and have felt the same way about so many of the same issues. We are still waiting for our referral almost 9 months but about 41/2 years trying for our second child. I will be praying for everything to work out so you can start the process this coming up month.
